The objects
Numbered editions, produced in closed runs. Every piece is numbered, with no re-edition or restock afterwards. Availability is stated on each Collaboration page; a closed run stays closed.
Prices and payment
Prices in EUR are final. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Card and available local payment methods are processed securely by Stripe. DAZY never stores card details. For destinations not offered at checkout, write to mail@dazy.vision.
Shipping
One tracked home-delivery option is offered for each listed destination; its exact charge is shown before checkout. The listed rate covers one tee; two or three tees cost 15% more for delivery. From four tees, shipping is quoted before payment. United States base rate: 20.50 EUR for one tee. For destinations under “Other countries — contact us”, write to mail@dazy.vision; shipping is quoted before any payment is taken. The destination, charge and conditions shown at checkout apply to the order. Artworks: shipping quoted case by case. Local duties and taxes may apply outside the European Union and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason (EU consumer law). Write to mail@dazy.vision; return the object unworn, in its packaging; we refund within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping is at your cost. Artworks made or finished to order may be exempt where the law provides.
Defects
Legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply. A defective object is replaced while the run allows it, or refunded.
Disputes
French law. Consumer mediation details are pending; for a complaint, contact mail@dazy.vision.
